Complete the survey and enter draw to win a free ticket to our annual conference, worth £200.
We’re reaching out to all councils in England to complete our annual survey on scrutiny – the only dedicated scrutiny survey for local government in England.
The survey takes 15 minutes to complete, and will help us to help you better by:
- developing understanding of current practice
- highlighting approaches to work that yield positive results
- ensuring our ongoing support is based on your needs.
As ever, we will be sharing findings with you all after the survey closes on Sunday 2 February. And this year, those findings will include insights from the new questions we’re adding – including on how scrutiny engages partner organisations, on AI, and on economic growth and strategic planning.
The survey is open to both members and officers; we are particularly keen to hear from members, so if you are an officer with responsibility for the scrutiny/democratic services functions in your council, please bring it to the attention of your councillors.
Make sure you submit your responses by midnight on Sunday 2 February, when the survey will close.
We want to get as many responses as possible so please circulate the survey to your colleagues, networks and distribution lists and encourage them to complete it too.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a draw to win a free ticket to our annual conference, worth £200.
